Configuring LND and accessing console over Tor

If you’re away from your local network, is there a way to change the LND config or access the LND console?

Also, I have noticed that when I upgrade Umbrel, it drops my node alias/color - anybody else observed this problem? Is this a bug in Umbrel or I have something misconfigured?

Hello,
resetting config files on updates is on purpose (i.e. for troubleshooting). So yes, lnd.conf needs editing after each update.

SSH over Tor would need an extra hidden tor service for port 22, I guess but I don’t know if that is recommended at all.
