Is this normal? This is a vanilla install on an RPi 4 w/ 8GBs and a 5TB hard disk. This is after a reboot and no apps opened.
Replying to my own issue here - it appears the problem stemmed from my install of either Bitfeed or the Ordinals explorer. I uninstalled both and the problem immediately resolved itself. This may be a general issue with the App manager but I have installed other different apps since and they went smoothly.
