I’d love to install NixOS on my Raspberry Pi. Of course, it’s a very alien 
distro. But after learning it it’s like anything else is centuries behind. It’d let me manage my pi declaratively, just like if it were with a bare-metal Terraform. 
But I love Umbrel. So I’d maybe like to package it for NixOS if it’s possible.
Thus, this question: how tightly is Umbrel coupled with Debian/Ubuntu? Is it just that you provide .deb packages? Or does that go deeper?
Just trying to predict the possible problems I’ll find if I go this route, and if it’s even worth it trying.
