Hi,

My umbrel was working fine for months. Then I moved to a new home and cannot get it connected. I can’t even get to the welcome screen now to enter my password (can’t connect).

I am able to ssh in and pulled this info… ANY IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS?

Can you try to reflash the microSD card with the latest version?

If I re-flash will I lose my funds?

I re-flashed and now I’m stuck on the “starting umbrel” screen. Any thoughts?

Delete the file C:\Users\xxxx/.ssh/known_hosts on your computer and try again.

Ok I did that. Tried again and still stuck on the “Starting Umbrel” screen.

I tried to ssh in again and once again my old password doesn’t work. Only “moneyprintergobrrr”.

Hi yes I had already done that and the error I had shared were pulled after I had re-flashed. Should I try again?

Hi again… I tried re-flashing twice and I still am stuck in teh same spot with the same error logs and the umbrel page stuck on “starting umbrel”. Any other ideas?

same, havnt reflashed, but getting a similar issue where it will work but then after a few hours i can not connect to umbrel.local, and eventually it will connect in the browser and say Error: System service failed but running through logs after getting it login working (sporadically) nothing seems to have triggered a failure event…

any more insight as to what i should do. i have no funds or channels, just dont want to have to redownload the entire timechain again if possible. not sure if this worry is valid or not when reflashing, since its already downloaded on the hard drive from the first time i got umbrel set up

FIXED! The issue was my internet connection. I was using my wi fi from my apartment and I needed to plug my pi directly into the router. I had configured the ipv4 settings correctly, but for some reason the connection in my apartment (paid for by the manager) would not allow me to connect.
