Newb question I’ve opened several channels and want to balance them using “loop out”. I’ve tried this multiple times and it always fails in the end. Any advice please gratefully received.
That channel may not have route to loop server therefore it fails as it cannot send funds.

What you could try is “Circular Rebalance” if you have some inbound capacity in some channel.
This can be found from peers/channels under (channel) actions in RTL.

Loop fails more often than not. It may be a routing issue or it may be an imbalanced channel on the route. Just keep trying it and eventually it works. Maybe 1 in 12 tries goes through for me.
