Does anyone the steps to move Sats from an umbrel Lightning wallet to an on chain (Bitcoin) address/wallet?
I have sats on my Lightning node wallet that I want to move to my bitcoin wallet and I cannot figure out how to do this? Seems like it should be simple process.
If the sats are in your lightning wallet they are used for channels. You can loop out channels to transfer sats to your on chain funds, and send them to an on chain wallet - or send sats to an exchange that accepts lightning, like Kraken, and transfer them on chain from there.
Thank you. I closed out the channels and the sats moved back to the BTC wallet.
