New internet and modem/router now not working

when i go to umbrel.local/dashboard it will not load anymore after new internet provider removed my router and put in their own. i get this error

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in umbrel.local.

this was no help so i just deleted everything on the external hard drive and re-flashed then plugged everything back in now the node is perfect, only problem is btc wallet and lightning wallet still say “synchronizing” after 2 weeks. any suggestions?
