Always compare that height with the latest block from your node dashboard
so according to this:

and the latest block in the dashboard it’s updated balance it’s 0 and $ it’s Nan
should i look at dashboard logs?
strange. could also a corruption in blocks, but if that happen, electrs will stop indexing.

Did you tried restarting the node ?
Do you have some weird lines in your lnd.conf?
restarted couple of time, yes, lnd.conf it’s the standard one, not the one from the backup, to u suggest to stop and overwrite with the backup?
[SOLVED]
For the unlucky people like me the solution was:
1 upload my-umbrel-channels.backup to a mobile phone with enough free space
2 install brixit wallet
3 at the first start use the 24 seeds phrase and the backup from umbrel dashboard
4 wait a good amount of time for the blockchain sync
5 finished channel will be closed and funds will return on chain
