I am taking my first steps in lightning, and I would like to be able to reduce the minimum amount of sats to open a channel with my node. I have tried changing the configuration of the lnd.conf file and restarting, but it seems to ignore the parameter and the node keeps asking for a minimum of 200k to open the channel.
