I had the idea to complete the Bitcoin Core sync on my Windows PC, then moving the blockchain data to an external drive to be managed by Umbrel. I believe it would sync much faster than on my single board computer. Has anyone done this yet?
I must admit I’m not very techy savy.
I had an already synced node on windows, I copied the folders on an external drive and tried to link that to Umbrel through bitcoin.conf and I did not succed any way.
At last I resynched the umbrel node from scratch and after less than 48 hours (on an SDD) I was up and running.
