I’m experiencing some issues with the Raspberry Pi 4 model B (4 GB) being throttled. The temperature doesn’t seem too high at ~60 C, so what can the issue be? I’m using the Pi without a case but with heat sinks, see https://www.digitalimpuls.no/kjøling/135018/raspberry-pi-4-heat-sink-kit-4-stk-sort-til-cpu-ram-usb-og-lan-chip. The hard drive I’m using is Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD.
