Tor warning when connecting electrum desktop wallet

When connecting an Electrum (desktop) wallet as per Umbrel Connect Wallet I see the following warning from Tor. The wallet appears to connect.

[warn] Warning! You’ve just connected to a v2 onion address. These addresses are deprecated for security reasons, and are no longer supported in Tor. Please encourage the site operator to upgrade. For more information see https://blog.torproject.org/v2-deprecation-timeline

Where do the logs come from? Umbrel uses v3 addresses so this message is strange.

log comes from window that opens when i run (double click) …\Tor\tor.exe
here is a sample

when i start electrum desktop wallet i get the warning.

Sep 10 08:22:17.000 [warn] Warning! You’ve just connected to a v2 onion address. These addresses are deprecated for security reasons, and are no longer supported in Tor. Please encourage the site operator to upgrade. For more information see https://blog.torproject.org/v2-deprecation-timeline

i installed Tor 0.4.5.10 and still see the warning. sometimes the warning does not come up immediately after opening electrum, but a bit later. the warning may be an issue with electrum, not umbrel. in any case, the network button is green and the wallet is connected and seems to work well.
the umbrel connect wallet instructions say download, unzip, go to Tor folder and install tor.exe. when i double click on tor.exe a window opens that runs tor. tor.exe is not an install. am i missing a step here? i don’t use windows often. i am trying to use it here because it is much easier for me to connect a hsrdware wallet than with linux. thanks.
