Wallets are synchronizing forever

Bitcoin Core is 100% and running. Wallets stuck synchronizing. I haven’t connected any wallets yet, was waiting for the blockchain to be 100%. Can’t find anything with the same error logs as me. LndError: unable to get wallet balance? Any help appreciated.

After sync, Electrum server is indexing the blocks and compacting the databse. That takes several hours.
Until is not finished the process, you will not be able to see txs and/or balance.
Be patient and wait to finish.
You can check the electrs logs by entering SSH and run these:
cd umbrel
docker-compose logs electrs

If you see that is still catching blocks, you need to wait until the last one. After that you will see a message compacting database. wait to finish it and then you will see all your wallets and access LN with RTL and Thunderhub.

Hi Darth,
I stuck on this very problem.
Node been up for a few weeks, all good, something went wrong
after 0.4.7 update, and now I am stuck with Bitcoin Core 100% Synced and Running,
and the 2 wallets ´Synchronizing´.

Following your advice, I´ve been patient… Been at least 2 days now
I checked the Electra Logs like u suggest… Lots of …

unexpected message,unknown

and

electrs | [2021-11-19T12:04:40.790Z INFO electrs::daemon] waiting for RPC warmup: Loading block index…

Need full logs?
Something up, or I need more of the patience?

Thanx in advance Darth

check logs for bitcoin too and lnd
same command, only replace electrs with bitcoin and lnd

oooofff… Lots of failed:general failure on the Bitcoin, and this on the lnd
lnd | /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:7: unknown option: colour
lnd | /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:7: unknown option: colour
lnd | /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:7: unknown option: colour
lnd | /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:7: unknown option: colour

You see? You answer yourself to the question: you put wrong line in your lnd.conf file.
That’s why your LN node doesn’t start

Yes, I see it… ooofff
How I fix Darth?

You fix it how you put it. Editing the lnd.conf file you edit it wrong.
Put the correct color code in this format #5f1be8 or whatever other RGB color you want

Got it, Thanx again Darth…

Hi Darth,
I have very same problem.
I am stuck with Bitcoin Core 100% Synced and Running,
Because I am very noob… please bear with me.

I tried below 2 or 3 times. (I think that might also be a problem)

"Step 2 - execute the following command to rescan wallet’s UTXOs:
sed -i "s/\[Application Options\]/\[Application Options\]\nreset-wallet-transactions=true/g;" ~/umbrel/lnd/lnd.conf && sudo reboot
Step 3 - Wait some time so LND can rescan all wallet’s UTXOs. If it solve the issue, run this to stop it from rescanning on a future restart:
sed -i "s/reset-wallet-transactions=true//g;" ~/umbrel/lnd/lnd.conf && sudo reboot "

I have waited for several hours for each attempt.
Now I am on Step2, still syncronizing.

so i tried debug log, and found

middleware | umbrel-middleware
middleware | Unable to get wallet balance, failed to connect to all addresses
middleware | /v1/lnd/wallet/btc
middleware | LndError: Unable to get wallet balance

then i tried

cd umbrel
docker-compose logs electrs

then I see

lots of…
electrs | [2021-12-12T12:46:54.665Z INFO electrs::daemon] waiting for RPC warmup: Verifying blocks…
electrs | [2021-12-12T12:46:55.668Z INFO electrs::daemon] waiting for RPC warmup: Loading P2P addresses…

I tried
cd umbrel
docker-compose logs bitcoin & docker-compose logs lnd

for bitcoin, I see some general failures such as below

bitcoin | 2021-12-12T12:49:12Z Socks5() connect to 176.125.230.17:8333 failed: general failure

for lng, i see lot of below…

lnd | failed to load config: /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:40: malformed key=value (W[[Application Options])lnd | failed to load config: /data/.lnd/lnd.conf:40: malformed key=value (W[[Application Options])

this may be relate to "Step 2 - execute the following command to rescan wallet’s UTXOs:
sed -i "s/\[Application Options\]/\[Application Options\]\nreset-wallet-transactions=true/g;" ~/umbrel/lnd/lnd.conf && sudo reboot

should i not use “[Application Options]”? it seems weird to me.

I know this is even very hard to follow. I very much appreciate in advance, Darth.
