Zap Desktop only support connection over the local network.

Where do I find my connection details?

Open the Lightning Node app on your Umbrel, open the three-dot menu and click Connect wallet. Choose Rest (Tor) from the dropdown menu.

Instructions

  1. Open Zap Desktop and click Connect on the welcome screen.

  2. In the Connection String, enter <lndconnect URL>.

  3. Click Next two times to confirm.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected Zap Desktop to your Umbrel.

I followed this guide and Iā€™m getting an error it asks me to enter a password, but i have not set one.

Have you figured this out? I am having the same issue.

Same asks for password, but never set one so guess we cannot use this wallet!
