Is there any way to get a ‘ping’ in some way n certain events? eg when I receive routing fees, channel down etc?
Some sort of API that integrates with Telegram?

You could use BoS telegram bot. I don’t know the link, I don’t use, is trash for me. But is doing what you are looking for.
