I see that the download speeds of Transmission are fairly good. Which makes me wonder if downloading is being done through Tor. Does anyone know?
It appears it goes through with no tor. I too noticed a 60-80mb speed, which is just not possible through tor.
I just verified it: Transmission does NOT run under Tor.
I ran sudo docker exec TRANSMISSION_CONTAINER_ID curl -s ifconfig.me 2>&1 and it returns the same IP displayed on https://ifconfig.me/ when opened from any device connected to the same wifi.
